Unlike the layered puzzles, these relief puzzles bring the picture to life with a single layer. Images rise from the background at varying heights, creating distinct edges, gentle slopes, and contours to be explored entirely by touch. The result is a fascinating tactile picture that invites your fingers to explore, discover, and experience the image in a whole new way.

Each relief puzzle kit contains a magnetic base/frame to lay the magnetic jigsaw puzzle pieces on top of, and a one-piece template to reference while assembling the puzzle, if needed.

Each puzzle piece has a circular indentation on its underside to indicate which side is right side up.
