Each shape puzzle kit contains a magnetic base/frame to lay the magnetic jigsaw puzzle pieces on top of, and a one-piece template to reference while assembling the puzzle, if needed.

Each puzzle piece has a circular indentation on its underside to indicate which side is right side up.
